Over the weekend I stopped by Artiscene on Pierpont, a new arts and crafts street fair in downtown Salt Lake City’s Pierpont District (formerly the Broadway Summer Stroll hosted on Broadway). A handful of unique local vendors had set up booths for the street fair, but one in particular caught my eye: a Design by Diamond pop-up shop of graphic tees, tank tops and hoodies.
As I browsed the selection of threads, I chatted up Nick D’Amico, co-owner of Design by Diamond. Combining his love of graphic design with his desire to create the perfect t-shirt, D’Amico dreamed up the company’s collection of cool tees for guys and gals.
Many of the Design by Diamond tees feature a giant diamond motif splashed across the front. Wouldn’t matching diamond tees make a fun gift for a newly engaged t-shirt-and-jeans-loving couple? The tees are sure to draw attention to the new rock on a bride-to-be’s left hand, and give grooms-to-be a chance to flaunt some “bling” for once.
All of the Design by Diamond tees are incredibly comfy and soft–I’ve been living in my newly purchased Honest Scales tank top nearly all weekend (so cute paired with skinny jeans and a long strand of pearls), and I still don’t want to take it off.
Snatch up a Design by Diamond tee for yourself and your fiance, or your soon-to-be wed friends, online or at the company’s Sugar House boutique.
