Spring Dreaming: Mountain Bridal Session | Megan Robinson Photography

Call it wishful thinking, but we could have sworn we felt a hint of spring in the atmosphere this week. The sun is shining brighter, the days are getting longer, and we didn’t need quite so many layers when we stepped outside. Let’s hope March continues to come in like a lamb–fingers crossed this weekend’s forecast doesn’t bring a lion.

We’re so ready to shed our parkas (and scarves and beanies and mittens) and feel some sunshine on our skin and warmth in our bones. Which is exactly how we felt when this free-spirited bridal shoot by Megan Robinson Photography landed in our inbox. Megan took to the fields of Midway at sundown to capture local bride Sara Brunson on film. Sara wears a hand-beaded dress from Alta Moda Bridal, a headpiece she crafted by hand, and a shawl from her travels in Turkey. Sara’s natural beauty and organic style–not to mention her wildflower bouquet–were right at home in the mountain setting.

Don’t these photos warm your heart? We can feel the frost beginning to thaw…

Thank you Megan and Sara for sharing your bridal session with us today! Enjoy the weekend, dear readers!
