From the Runway: Anne Barge Spring/Summer 2014 Collection

Romantic gowns inspired by French paintings and fashion

We’re back this week with more fresh fashion straight from NYC Bridal Market!

While designer Junko Yoshioka was inspired by Parisian sweets for her newest bridal gowns, designer Anne Barge found her muse in French paintings and French fashion for her romantic Spring/Summer 2014 collection. The soft pastel hues and watercolor renditions of the gardens at Giverny by Impressionist painter Claude Monet, and the elegant, sophisticated silhouettes of Parisian couturier Pierre Balmain inspired Anne Barge’s latest crop of lace and silk wedding gowns.
