New: The Great Gatsby Collection by Tiffany & Co.
Jazz Age jewels inspired by Baz Luhrmann's movie remake of Fitzgerald's classic novel
If you’re like us, you’ve got a wicked case of Gatsby fever right about now. We’ve been excitedly counting down the days until the release of Baz Luhrmann’s movie remake of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s classic novel, The Great Gatsby (just one more day, people, one more day!). Leo, Carey, Tobey, an out-of-this-world wardrobe, epic sets and props, and a soundtrack courtesy of Jay Z–what’s not to be excited about?!
Tomorrow we’ll be sharing exclusive images from our Gatsby-inspired fashion shoot featured in the pages of our current issue, but today we’re stoking the Gatsby flames by sharing images of gorgeous Jazz Age jewels from Tiffany & Co.‘s new Great Gatsby Collection.

Inspired by Luhrmann’s film and designed in collaboration with costume designer Catherine Martin, Tiffany & Co.’s Great Gatsby Collection officially debuts tomorrow, the same day as the film. The stunning jewelry is based on 1920’s designs from the Tiffany Archives and is worn by the film’s stars, including Leonardo DiCaprio and Carey Mulligan, aka Jay Gatsby and Daisy Buchanan.

Mulligan’s Tiffany wardrobe includes swingy tassle pearl necklaces, a hand ornament in a daisy motif, a yellow diamond long-stemmed daisy brooch, and (our personal favorite) the Savoy, a knockout of a headress adorned with diamonds and cultured pearls. DiCaprio’s Tiffany accessories include cuff links of black and green enamel on 18K gold (the finishing touch to his custom Brooks Brothers shirts worn in the film), and a slender card case and flask in sterling silver.

You can get an up close and personal look at items in The Great Gatsby Collection–and purchase items–at the Tiffany & Co. City Creek Center location in downtown Salt Lake City.
Stay tuned for tomorrow’s post featuring Gatsby-era finery and wedding fashion!
