From the Runway: Oscar de la Renta 2014 Bridal Collection
Sophisticated, feminine gowns in shades of ivory, blue, and blush
It’s no coincidence that the names of the dresses in Oscar de la Renta‘s 2014 Bridal Collection all begin with the letter “A”–the knock-out collection scores an A+ on our fashion report card. From Chantilly lace and silk Mikado gowns to sheer and lace gloves (yes, gloves!), the collection is sophisticated and feminine with a touch of whimsy.
Oscar de la Renta is no stranger to blue wedding dresess, and this season he continued the trend with Analeigh, a blue silk organza and sequin floral embroidered tulle strapless gown with a blue tulle wrap. Other highlights in the collection include Arden, an ivory crepe sweetheart gown with a ruffled train, and Addison, an ivory silk faille structured sweetheart trumpet gown.
