For the Gents: Esquire x Men’s Wearhouse

The men's mag and suit store team up to create "The Ultimate Shirt & Tie Collection"

It might be easy to dismiss a big-box suit store known for its baritone slogans, but Men’s Wearhouse is looking to change its buttoned-up reputation in favor of a fresh, hip face-lift, starting with a collaboration with Esquire magazine.

The Ultimate Shirt and Tie Collection features 10 shirts and 38 ties in a selection of cuts, patterns, and colors handpicked by the magazine’s editors. The looks are, well, what you’d expect from said collaboration—nothing too trendy or shocking, but relatively modern and with an affordable price point.

Our favorite feature: Each shirt comes with collar stays printed with one of Esquire‘s “rules for men,” including statements like, “It is always unacceptable to refuse a woman’s request to dance.”

Check out the full collection, from pink-striped shirts paired with navy polka-dot bow ties to turquoise shirts paired with blue-checked ties, online.
