When we first saw Kate Osborne‘s photographs of Emily Eyre and Mike Brannelly’s June 2013 wedding, we fell in love with the festive DIY details: gold, glittery decor elements; an Italian soda bar with paper garland backdrop; a smore’s bar; coconut and cherry cupcakes baked by the bride and the groom’s mom; and a homemade trio of gorgeous gold wedding cakes.
In the previous issue of our magazine, we highlighted Emily and Mike’s nuptials, and today we’re sharing more of the Salt Lake City couple’s classic meets modern celebration. The backyard setting and white, red, and gold color palette are spot-on for summer weddings (the striped paper straws and big white balloons with gold streamers are perfect for Fourth of July fetes!).
