You’re Invited! Rye Open House

Be our guest to check out this hip downtown eatery + event space on March 16.

WHAT: If you’re the type of bride or groom who loves to #eatlocal, craves craft cocktails, and spends your weekend checking out live music, then head to Rye to scope out the restaurant’s digs, drinks, and eats during an open house co-hosted by FUSE Weddings & Events.

The restaurant—a sleek, modern, millennial take on the traditional diner—is newly available to rent for weddings and celebrations, from rehearsal dinners to bachelor/bachelorette parties. Perched next door to music venue Urban Lounge (both are owned by Sartain & Saunders), Rye’s hip, blank-slate space can accommodate up to 75 guests for seated events, and up to 125 guests for cocktail parties.

Stop by the open house to enjoy a cold one and sample a selection of Rye’s favorite items; popular dishes include pork belly bowls, jalapeño poppers, truffle mac and cheese, and chicken and waffles. The menu is heavily influenced by Asian cuisine, and features an assortment of vegetarian and gluten-free options—dishes can be customized for private events and to accommodate specific dietary needs. Executive Chef Andrew Lund focuses on seasonal, locally soured ingredients, and the same goes for Rye’s cocktail program—mixologist Ryan Manning switches up the house-made Bloody Mary mix each season, and offers up inventive libations and a rotating roster of beers.
